At MyDigiDoc, our mission is to both educate students and assist the community in any way we can. With this essay contest, we want to give students the chance to showcase their opinions and true colors on paper.
The MyDigiDoc Community Essay Award is awarded to the author who best embodies the prompt in their submission, as well as incorporating the values of humanity, education, and service in their piece.
MyDigiDoc Community Essay Award Contest
2021 PROMPT: Many communities have been hit hard with various struggles: covid-19, racial injustice, and more. Tell us why it is important to donate to and support underserved communities or groups, or tell us about a time you've supported your/another community. There are no required topics to cover, but please keep your essay centered around supporting those in need.
All entries must be original and between 500-1000 words. Submissions are judged based upon embodiment of the prompt, clarity, creativity, and originality. Authors must be in the 9th grade or above in the 2021-2022 academic school year. It is ONE entry per author for this contest.
The deadline to submit your entry for this award is July 18, 2021 at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time.
All finalists will be featured on the MyDigiDoc website; the final winner will be featured on the MyDigiDoc website AND be given a page on the MyDigiDoc magazine (edition 1).
